Quality
Conformity is agreed in advance — then demonstrated.
Quality is not a statement at the end of the process. It is a verification scope defined with your engineers before production and documented with every delivery.
Approach
Four commitments that apply to every scope.
- 01
Specification-driven
We inspect against your drawing and specification. Where a requirement is ambiguous, it is clarified before production rather than interpreted afterwards.
- 02
Defined verification scope
Which features are measured, by what method and at what frequency is agreed with you, so incoming inspection knows exactly what it receives.
- 03
Documentation with delivery
Inspection records and the accompanying documents your process requires are supplied with the shipment, not on request weeks later.
- 04
Traceable coordination
Because the manufacturing route is documented, a finding can be traced to the operation and the partner responsible — and corrected at the source.

Verification in practice
Measured where it matters, at the point it matters.
Critical characteristics are identified during the technical assessment and verified at the manufacturing step where they are created — not only on the finished part, where a deviation is expensive to correct.
Specific inspection methods, equipment and documentation formats are confirmed per project, according to what your specification calls for.
If something deviates
Deviations are reported, not absorbed.
When a nonconformity or a schedule risk appears, you hear it from us early, together with the assessment and the available options. Silence is the most expensive form of supplier communication.
Corrective action is agreed, implemented at the responsible step in the route and verified on the following batch.
