Capabilities
Defined by your requirement, not by a fixed machine list.
We coordinate the manufacturing technologies that suit the component and take on as much of the supply chain as you want to delegate.
Scope of delivery
Three levels of responsibility.
Customers engage us at the level that fits their internal capacity — and frequently move up a level once the first programme runs.
- 01
Component supply
Individual parts produced to your drawing and specification, with technical review, inspection and documented delivery.
- 02
Assembly supply
Sub-assemblies combining several technologies and purchased items, delivered tested and ready to install into your product.
- 03
Coordinated solution
A defined functional scope where we select technologies and partners, manage the chain and deliver the result as one package.
- 04
Programme support
Repeat series, call-off schedules, revision handling and stock arrangements agreed to your production planning.
What we coordinate
Manufacturing routes are selected, not assumed.
For each requirement we determine the technically and commercially appropriate route through our supplier network, and remain responsible for the interfaces between the steps.
- Machining
- Turned and milled parts to drawing, in prototype quantities through to repeat series.
- Forming & metal fabrication
- Formed, cut and welded steel and metal components, including fabricated frames and structures.
- Castings & semi-finished parts
- Sourcing and coordination of cast and semi-finished input parts, including subsequent machining operations.
- Surface treatment
- Protective and functional finishes selected according to the application and the customer's specification.
- Assembly
- Mechanical assembly of components and purchased items into sub-assemblies or complete units.
- Logistics & export
- Packaging suited to the part, export documentation and delivery scheduled to your plant.
Specific machine capacities, dimensional envelopes and material lists are confirmed per enquiry — we quote against what the part actually requires.
