How we work / for customers

A predictable process, from first enquiry to running series.

Industrial buyers should not have to guess how a supplier will behave. This is what happens at each stage — and what each side contributes.

What you receiveConfirmation of receipt and a first technical read, including any questions we need answered.

02

Technical assessment

What we needAccess to your engineer for open points on tolerances, materials or function.

What you receiveFeasibility feedback, proposed manufacturing route and — where useful — suggestions that reduce cost without affecting function.

03

Quotation

What we needCommercial framework: quantities, call-off pattern, delivery terms.

What you receiveA clear offer covering the coordinated scope, lead time and the agreed inspection and documentation content.

Communication

One contact, technically competent, reachable.

You are not routed through a call centre. Project communication runs with the person who knows your part, in German, English or Czech.

Response expectations, escalation contacts and reporting frequency are agreed at the start of a programme rather than improvised during it.

Practical questions

What customers usually ask first.

Can you start from a functional description?
Yes. Where no finished drawing exists, we work forward from the requirement and propose a solution for your technical approval.
Do you handle prototypes as well as series?
Both. Prototype and pre-series quantities are used deliberately to validate the route before series release.
Who is responsible if one partner fails?
SUKU Form. The coordinated scope is contracted with us, including the interfaces between operations.
In which language is the project run?
German, English or Czech — chosen by the customer, and used consistently for documentation and correspondence.

Contact

Send us your drawing, specification or requirement.

Tell us what the component has to do. We assess it technically, identify the right manufacturing route and come back with a clear, feasible proposal.
