Engineering & technical solutions

The requirement is understood before the first offer.

Technical assessment is where supply problems are prevented. We invest in it deliberately, because a component that cannot be produced consistently is not a saving.

Technical workflow

Four steps from specification to a producible scope.

  1. 01

    Requirement clarification

We establish what the component does in your assembly: loads, interfaces, environment, service expectations and which characteristics are genuinely critical.

  2. 02

    Manufacturability review

Geometry, tolerances, materials and finishes are reviewed against realistic manufacturing routes. Where a detail drives cost without adding function, we say so.

  3. 03

    Route and partner selection

We define the sequence of operations and the specialist suppliers who perform them, including responsibility for each interface.

  4. 04

    Verification concept

Before production, we agree how conformity will be demonstrated — which features are measured, how, and what documentation accompanies delivery.

Working with your engineers

Direct technical dialogue, in your terms.

Discussions run between technical people. Drawing revisions, tolerance queries and material alternatives are handled directly, documented, and reflected in the specification we produce against.

For customers who supply a functional description rather than a finished drawing, we work forward from the requirement and propose a solution for your approval.

Change management

Revisions handled without disruption.

Industrial products change. When a drawing revision arrives, we assess its impact on the manufacturing route, on parts already in process and on delivery dates — and come back with options rather than problems.

Because the route is coordinated by one party, a change does not have to be negotiated separately with every step in the chain.
